How do I create my profile?+
Registering is how you build your profile — it's one guided flow. You verify your phone with a one-time code, then step through your details (about you, background, education, family and the partner you're looking for) and add a few photos. Once you finish, your profile goes live. If you step away midway, just sign back in and you'll pick up where you left off. To change anything later, open your Dashboard and choose Edit profile.
Do I need a password, or can I log in with OTP?+
You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code (OTP) — no password required. If you prefer, you can set a password under Settings for faster sign-ins, and still use OTP anytime. You can also connect Google for one-tap login.
How does matching work?+
We combine your partner preferences with community, religion, lifestyle and — for horoscope-following communities — Kundli compatibility to suggest and rank matches. Each suggestion shows why it was recommended.
How many interests can I send?+
Free members can send up to 5 interests a day (the count resets at midnight IST). With a paid Membership there's no daily cap on interests.
When can I chat or call someone?+
Chatting and calling open up as soon as an interest is accepted — either someone accepts the interest you sent, or you accept theirs. That way a conversation only starts when both people are keen. Messaging and calls come with a Membership (a generous daily allowance), and the Relationship Manager plan makes them unlimited.
How do I see who viewed my profile?+
Open Who viewed me. Free members get a peek at the most recent visitors; a Membership lets you see everyone who's viewed your profile.
How do I view someone's contact details?+
Seeing a member's contact details needs a paid plan — a Membership gives you a set number of reveals each month, and the Relationship Manager plan is unlimited. Free members can still browse and express interest.
How do I get the verified badge?+
Open ID verification, choose a document type, and upload a clear photo. Our team reviews it and your verified badge appears once approved. Your document is encrypted and never shown to other members.
How do I upgrade my membership?+
Go to Membership, pick a plan, and follow checkout. You can see your current plan and remaining usage anytime under My membership.
How do payments work?+
Choose a plan or add-on, scan the UPI QR shown at checkout, pay, and upload the payment screenshot. Our team verifies the payment and activates your benefits — usually within a few hours.
How do I control who sees my profile and photos?+
In Settings → Visibility you can limit your profile and photos to everyone, premium members, or only your matches — and change it anytime.
How do I report or block someone?+
On any profile, use “Report / block”. Reports go to our moderation team. Blocking immediately hides you and the other member from each other.
How do I export or delete my data?+
In Settings → Your data (DPDP) you can request a full export of everything we hold about you (the download link stays valid for 48 hours), manage your consents, or delete your account. Deletion deactivates you immediately and permanently erases your data after a 30-day grace period.
